For those needing consistent, long-term support, The Grove provides:
- 24/7 Nursing Oversight
- Engaging daily activities and events

- A dedicated memory care approach for qualifying residents

Frequently Asked Questions
The Lodges is a stand alone portion of the facility. Only those admitting for therapy with the intent to go home reside at the The Lodges.
The Grove side is the original part of the facility for those staying long term.
Families are welcome 24/7.
Therapy sessions are individualized based on the residents needs and capabilities.
Unfortunately, we do not offer outpatient therapy services at this time but perhaps in the future.

We offer two separate covered smoking areas in the back of the facility.
We do accept Medicaid and offer assistance for those needing Medicaid.
